Throughout this project Max, a good friend of mine (and the guy on the pictures) wrote a bit about what we did that day and where we actually went. I don't really have a clue about the mountains we saw that day but to him this is like his second home.

We started our hike at 7AM from the parking lot Unterer Grund at Aschau in Tirol.
At the Hinterkar Niederalmen we started the DJI Mavic and got some great shots from a completely different angle.
The last meters before you reach the peak are on a mountainridge, which offers you a fantastic photolocation with the ridge in the foreground and the impressive Großer Rettenstein in the background.
Arriving on the peak of the Gerstinger Joch we were rewarded with a 360 degree view. You could see as far as the Großvenediger, the Glockner group and Hohen Tauern in the south. In the north there was a great view towards the Kitzbühler Horn and you could get a glimpse of the eastern peaks of the Wilder Kaiser.
